MD, MEDICAL PRACTICE DIRECTOR
Dr. Rye Estepp is the founder of Bartlett Women’s Clinic, and Owner of Bartlett Medical Spa. She graduated from Skidmore College in 1998 with a double major in dance and chemistry. While she was an undergraduate, Rye spent her summers at Dartmouth Medical School researching breast cancer and the advancement of flow cytometry techniques. She also studied classical ballet at the Viennese Conservatory in Austria for a semester. After graduating, she spent the next four years combining graduate school classes, managing the DNA Core Facility at Marshall University and dancing professionally with the Charleston Ballet. She graduated from Marshall University School of Medicine in 2006, and moved to Memphis, TN to complete her OB/GYN residency.
Jenny Williams is the Chief Executive Officer of Bartlett Medical Spa and the Practice Manager of Bartlett Women's Clinic. Jenny is a busy mother of three children and a Bartlett native. In March 2012, they took a chance on each other and started what is now a very busy and successful OB/GYN practice. They often talked about establishing their own Medical Spa and in 2017, they decided to make their dream a reality.
Candice is a native Memphian. She is a seasoned professional who has worked in the medical field for 5 years and in customer service for over 15 years. She works alongside the staff as a trusted and valued extension for all patient issues and customer service. She will ensure that all administrative details of your services are well handled. Above all, Candice’s role is to offer personalized assistance to ensure that your Bartlett Medical Spa experience is exceptional. She enjoys meeting and talking to new people and providing them with the information needed to keep up with life’s little changes.
Cassidy Lee is a Memphis native. She is a results-driven medical aesthetician, and certified laser technician for Bartlett Medical Spa. Cassidy studied allied health for 3 years, and March of 2018 completed the aesthetics program at Gould's Academy. She loves to help people, and make them look and feel their best.
Rachel is a Physician Assistant trained and certified in the use and administration of Botox and dermal fillers. She joined the Bartlett Medical Spa team in March of 2018. She graduated from University of Tennessee with a degree in Health and Human Sciences in Nutrition in 2011. She then attended South College Physician Assistant Program in Knoxville Tennessee and graduated in 2013, when she began her career in emergency medicine. She is currently working in the St. Francis Bartlett Emergency Room but has always had a passion for aesthetic medicine.
